Training – A MISys Expert provides live training webinars attended by all new MISys Manufacturing users every two weeks.

Technical Support – Standard Technical Support starts day-one, providing email assistance on technical and functional issues. All requests are answered within 24 business hours. The Silver and Gold SureStart programs include Priority Technical Support for 6 and 12 months respectively, providing telephone assistance within 24 hours.

Beyond SureStart

MISys provides customers with additional assistance to get comfortable using MISys Manufacturing:

	Specialized online training courses are offered through MISys University. Choose from MRP, Serial Lot Tracking, and Labor Tracking.
	MISys Manufacturing product experts are available through our Professional Services Group to provide one-on-one consulting and training beyond what is covered in the classes and in SureStart.
