To insure your success with MISys SBM, we will enroll you in our Sure- Start Program which provides you with the following:

• Installation Support to insure the successful installation of the software so that all clients are connected and accessing the MISys SBM database.
• Implementation Support to help you every step along the way during the initial setup of the software. Your personal Sure Start Coach will be checking with you on a regular basis by telephone and web conference to make sure your installation is going smoothly and that you are making good progress setting up the program, establishing the required master files, and posting your initial physical inventory.
  Technical Support with our team of in-house experts who are standing by ready to assist you with prompt and accurate answers to any functional question you may have about MISys SBM.
• Weekly User Group Meetings to provide you with an opportunity to compare notes with other users and to discuss issues of general interest with the MISys SBM experts. User Group Meetings occur every Wednesday at 1:30pm ET and are free to all MISys SBM users.
• Community Forums where MISys SBM users around the world meet online to discuss their use of the program and to share tips, techniques, and ideas for getting the most from their investment in the software.

As a new user of MISys SBM, you may choose one of the following Sure-Start options:

	Sure-Start Bronze Installation and Implementation Support, plus Standard Technical Support via email.	$750
	Sure-Start Silver Installation and Implementation Support, plus 6 months of Priority Technical Support via telephone.	$900
	Sure-Start Gold Installation and Implementation Support, plus 12 months of Priority Technical Support via telephone.	$1500

IMPORTANT: During your Sure-Start period, your coach will work with you to complete a checklist of actions that will get your company’s data converted and implemented in MISys SBM and enable you to perform you first physical inventory. Once you have completed the Sure-Start Checklist, you will be up and running and will have continued unlimited access to MISys Technical Support for the balance of your chosen term.
