MISys Query – This new custom reporting tool enables users to quickly create a report in MISys Manufacturing using application views that make it easy. MISys Query is an external application that is part of the Custom Reporting module. The application accesses MISys Manufacturing data using a special interface. One MISys Query Designer is included in the module, with free report viewers included for all users.

Log Invoice # when creating a PO Invoice -
When creating a PO invoice, the history log includes the invoice number that was entered at the time.
Show PO supplier in Additional Cost Invoice form -
Form now shows the supplier for the PO.

Log job number when doing a PO Invoice -
Job number is now included in the history log when a PO is invoiced.
Add support in PO Invoice for accounting module terms -
Sets the default Bill Due Date for invoice based on the standard or date driven Vendor Payment Terms as defined in QuickBooks for the Vendor for the PO being invoiced.
Added how-to videos to Getting Started section of Help.
Allow user to create report groups on create report screen.
Improved handling of blanket orders for sales orders in Peachtree 2013 (Sage 50) -
Now allows a sales order with multiple lines of the same item number to create individual manufacturing orders or work orders instead of having to aggregate the quantity for all the lines with the same item.
Bugs and Issues Addressed
Fixed an issue with including a QuickBooks sub-account where if the account name changed, error message was incorrect.
Fixed an issue in the MISys SAE migration to allow for more accurate handling of custom fields.
Fixed an issue where editing a batch that referred to Transfer to Sales took too long to load.
Fixed an issue in reporting where if the user set the date finders in a stock movement report, an error was thrown.
Fixed an issue in the Dashboard where Item Shortages threw an .XML error when clicking Show BOMs on an RM or an Assembled Item.
Fixed an issue where previously modified dashboard alerts would remain active after license expiration or termination.
Fixed an issue in the emergency console that forced a user to tab through all fields before the save button was enabled.
Fixed an issue in Supplier Transfers where doing a Return to Supplier transfer generated its own Cost Bucket at whatever Price the user put in the Transfer form. The Received Quantity ended up showing as 0 for that Cost Bucket and the used quantity showed as whatever the return was for.
Fixed an issue in invoicing where the Job ID was not being in Master Transaction log.
Fixed an issue with Item price breaks where item quantities were being improperly rounded.
Fixed an issue with work center production shifts where if a shift didn't have a timespan, any manufacturing order with a work center that used the production shift in a routing would cause the program to hang.
Fixed an issue where the user is prompted to create purchase or work orders when the user canceled creating an MRP.
Fixed an issue where the MO Create MRP Wizard was not displaying if the materials for the MO all have Qualified Suppliers defined for them.
Fixed an issue where duplicate custom fields were required in BOM and MO details, in addition to BOM and MO routing details, before the prompt for Custom Fields data was shown.
Fixed an issue where if a schedule was initialized with both Use Alternate Item & Locations selected and there isn't enough stock at the primary location, all of the alternate stock would be included from the alternate item rather than just the short amount.
Fixed an issue where comments on scheduled events were not being carried over into batch creation.
Fixed an issue with Period End for Sage 50 US (Peachtree) where a crash could occur if the decimal precision was set incorrectly in company information.
Fixed an issue where physical inventory can show incorrect counts when bin and serial lot tracking are turned on but Track WIP is not.
Fixed an issue where user can't create multiple manufacturing orders from the same Sales Order in Process Sales Orders if the sales order has multiple Detail lines of the same Item.
Fixed issue with date sorting on the process purchasing and production requirements reports.
Fixed an issue where Overdue Purchase Orders report is pulling in non-Open purchase orders. It now filters out Inactive and Closed orders.
Fixed an issue where sales transfer of negative cost was creating positive valuation in Sage 50 US (Peachtree). We now prevent transferring any items with a negative cost.
Fixed an error when importing a CSV file for serial lot assignments if expireDT was null.
Fixed an issue in serial lot tracking where auto fill for lot numbers was assigning full remaining quantity even if it exceeded lot quantity. Fix limits the quantity for any kind of dispense to the lot quantity in stock or WIP when the Remaining quantity is larger.
Significantly increased the performance on the Assign Serial or Lot number form by refining the filtering.
Improved the upgrade process from MISys SAE for serial lot tracked items. MISys Manufacturing will no longer import serial and lot numbers for common items.
Fixed an error in Server Admin when backing up very large databases. Large databases were causing an int overflow.
Fixed an issue where manufacturing order details with negative quantity (for byproducts) got an error when completed through Shop Operations.
Fixed an issue where adding a routing detail to a manufacturing order could create an orphan on order quantity.
Changed column names on the check batch display to eliminate confusion with physical inventory columns that contain the same data.
Added tax rate and tax class exports when exporting tax authorities from Accounting.
